My favorite hotel so far and I’ve been at like 10 over the past two months. It really felt like home. The staff are amazing, the guy that works over nights deserves a raise I’ve never met someone more accommodating, usually people working over night are not happy but he really went the extra mile making me feel welcome even at 3am. So did the two women working the desk. I really couldn’t have been more happy with my stay and I stayed at a sister hotel to this place the night before, but it didn’t feel like home like this place.

Location was perfect as it was right off the highway. Gas station with good supplies right in front of the Hotel. Also a restaurant and a fast food place in walking distance. Beds the most comfortable ever at a Hotel!!! Would be perfect for a long stay as kitchen has a full fridge, sink and even a dishwasher! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom so perfect for 2 couples travelling together. Food in the buffet was good.

i liked the two bedrooms and kitchen, we went down for a concert. it was nice to only be a half an hour from boston and not pay boston prices, and the two bedrooms in one room made it so much better privacy wise and money wise. we didn’t end up having time to use the kitchen , but it was nice to have the option if we wanted to. i would recommend.

The breakfast was decent and the rooms were super comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was very helpful and very pleasant. Also, a bizarre situation emerged when the town of Tewksbury lost water for half a day. Yet, there was a slow yield of water coming in at Residence Inn despite the catastrophe.

We loved how clean and spacious our room was. It was a very nice suite! My husband is disabled, I liked when I called to ask for a room in the main building with an elevator that they were able to honor our request. ☺️ Most of the staff was pretty nice as well.
